On December 8, 2007, the Hannibal Square Community Land Trust had the grand opening to their second affordable housing development in Winter Park.

To address the rising cost and affordability of homes in Winter Park, the HSCLT went "Green" and innovative by turning to Palm Harbor Homes for their modular style houses.
